What is the last litter program?
The Last Litter Program is a proactive initiative by Team Kitten aimed at addressing cat overpopulation by preventing unplanned litters of kittens. This program supports families by offering comprehensive care and promoting responsible pet ownership.

Program highlights
Comprehensive Care
Spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and microchipping for surrendered offspring.
Parental Support
Spaying and vaccinations for the mother.
Responsible Rehoming
Kittens will be placed in foster care while being vetted and sourcing loving homes. An application with references is required to adopt from Team Kitten. Team Kitten does not allow kittens adopted from us to be declawed or become outdoor cats.
Advocacy for Responsible Pet Ownership
Encouraging spaying/neutering to foster a healthier pet community.
By joining the Last Litter Program, you play a crucial role in creating a more compassionate and responsible pet community, helping to secure a better future for pets and their families
what does the spay process entail?
When participating in the Last Litter Program, the spay procedure includes:
- Administration of sedation and pain medication.
- General anesthesia for the surgery.
- A 1-year rabies and a 1 year FVRCP vaccination
- The spay surgery itself.
- Post-operative tender loving care.
This process ensures that the animals receive the best care and are ready for a healthy, happy life post-surgery.
Microchips are available for $20 at the time of spaying.
